[In Class] Wildlife Awareness (with Bear Spray Practical)
Wildlife & Bear Awareness teaches workers to identify bears and other local wildlife, recognize signs and habitats, and apply proven avoidance and encounter tactics, plus deterrent basics and a practical bear-spray exercise.

Before You Arrive - Practical Training & Assessment
Pre-requisite
To attend your practical training session, you must have successfully completed the online theory course with a passing grade of 80% or higher. Students who have not completed the online theory will not be permitted to attend and will be required to rebook and pay in full.
Make sure you have the following:
Government-issued photo ID
Steel-toed work boots
Appropriate work attire — no sleeveless shirts, shorts, or skirts
Dress for the weather — practical evaluations are held outdoors
